FAQs

1. How do I consume Astacol?
Dissolve content of sachet into 300ml of water. Stir and consume immediately. Recommended to take one sachet daily      before breakfast or before bedtime.

2. Is Astacol safe?
It is safe to consume Astacol and it has NO side effects. The key ingredients are sourced, formulated and packaged by a reputable GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) approved factory in Malaysia.

 3. Is Astacol safe for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers?
Astacol is not recommended for pregnant women but is safe for breastfeeding mothers.

4. Is Astacol safe for women who are on blood-pressure medications?
Yes, it is safe for women who are on blood-pressure medications.

5. When will i feel and see the improvement?
Most people who have consumed Astacol feel the improvement after one week.

6. How long should I take Astacol? 
It is advisable to continue the consumption for long term to enjoy the many health benefits of Astacol.

7. What will happen if I stop taking Astacol? 
There are no side effects even though you will have stopped taking Astacol.

8. Should I continue with my collagen while taking Astacol? 
You can continue taking your collagen supplement.  In addition, Astacol contains 5000mg of marine collagen.

9. I am lactose intolerant, can’t drink milk, can i take Astacol?
Astacol does not contain lactose and therefore will not trigger lactose intolerance. As for people who suffers from milk protein allergy, taking any medication or have a medical condition please consult your healthcare practitioner.

10. What age restrictions for Astacol?
Astacol can be consumed by teenagers aged 12 years old and above.

11.  What happens if my delivery goes missing? 
In case of any problems with your delivery, we will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimum inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

12.  When will I get my items? 
The delivery timeframe is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This includes warehouse processing, plus carrier delivery times. Once we ship your items, you will receive a notification email with carrier and tracking information.

13.  Do you need a signature on delivery?
Yes, and if you can’t be at home to receive delivery, consider shipping your purchase to where someone you trust will be available to sign for it. Alternatively, have it delivered to your business address –please ensure you include the business name in the address details. Please also note that your purchase may be left in the reception area.

14.  What if I won’t be at home on the scheduled delivery date?
As our carriers need a signature, they will just leaving a calling card. You can then contact them to reschedule, or to give them a different delivery address.

15.  What countries do you ship your products to? 
We ship worldwide without any restrictions.

16.  Is the shipping package discreet? 
Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. We dont mark or put any markings on the package. That's why we also require signature on delivery, so only you will receive the package.

17.  Will you rebill my credit card? 
No. You purchase your product without enrolling in to any "dark scheme" auto rebilling programs. What you buy is what you get charged without any charges later on, unless you will purchase again.
